Jibrid provides an API-based integration platform that enables applications to connect with government and business systems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Currently supported services include ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) for e-invoicing, with Qoyod and Foodics integrations under development.

The service includes:

  • A unified REST API for connecting to Saudi systems
  • A sandbox environment for testing and development
  • API documentation and developer tools
  • A dashboard for managing API keys, monitoring usage, and viewing logs

3. Definitions

  • "Platform": refers to the Jibrid website and all of its services.
  • "User": any individual or entity that uses the platform services.
  • "Services": includes all features available on the platform.
  • "Content": any data or information submitted by the user.

4. Use of Services

Under this agreement, the user agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • Keep login credentials confidential.
  • Not use the platform for any unlawful purposes.
  • Not attempt unauthorized access to the platform systems.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Data Protection

6. Limitation of Liability

The platform services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for:

  • Any business decisions based on information from the platform.

The user assumes full responsibility for verifying the accuracy of information and adhering to regulatory deadlines.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the platform, including trademarks, logos, designs, and software, are owned by Jibrid. No part of the platform may be copied, distributed, or modified without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms. You may also cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
