Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest

We use SSL/TLS encryption for all communications, and your data is encrypted in the database.

The Jibrid team cannot access your data

Our technical team cannot view the contents of your data. Our system is designed so that your data is accessible only to you.

You can delete your account and all your data at any time

From Settings, you can permanently delete your account and we will erase all your data from our servers.

We use industry-leading cloud providers to ensure the security of your data:

Global secure hosting platform with automatic SSL certificates

Supabase for storage

Encrypted PostgreSQL database with Row Level Security

3. Data We Collect

We only collect data necessary to provide the service:

Account data

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • Company name

Business data (submitted by you)

  • E-invoice data (seller, buyer, line items)
  • API keys and usage logs
  • ZATCA onboarding credentials

4. How We Use Your Data

We use your data only for the following purposes:

  • Providing and operating platform services (submitting e-invoices, managing API keys)
  • Sending alerts and notifications related to your account and usage (with your consent)
  • Technical support when requested

What we do NOT do with your data:

  • We do not sell it to anyone
  • We do not use it for advertising
  • We do not share it with third parties
  • We do not analyze it for commercial purposes

5. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

  • All your data is immediately deleted from the database
  • Backups are purged within 30 days
  • We do not retain any copy of your data after that period
